If you are looking to excel in your cardio then this class is great. There is no harder workout cardio wise. If your novice, you can go at your own pace but will encouraged to push yourself aswell. Great environment and staff👍

This gym has been a life changer. At 42 I was super out of shape, overweight and sprinting towards a heart attack (well not sprinting...too out of shape for that).
I found Terry and in a few months have lost a.ton of weight and gained my self confidence back.

I saw this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try. Let me just say, I ABSOLUTELY love LOVE IT! . It’s such a great/crazy work out. I literally drip sweat and will burn over 900 calories in one class. They make sure you get a full work out. Tanya and Terry are such a dynamic duo with their kindness and help. My Groupon isn’t over yet, but I definitely plan on becoming a regular member.

I love this place so much! I don’t even live that close to it (I actually live really close to two other pretty famous boxing gyms) but it is worth the drive. Terry and Tanya have created a wonderful, welcoming environment at World Champion Cardio Boxing. It’s the best, most challenging, addictive workout I’ve ever done. I highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love the cardio class. I've been to this class several times and every time it feels like I am training for a real fight. Mr. Terry and his wife are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. You will get a FULL body workout plus it's always fun hitting the bag :) I would encourage anybody to join. You do not have to know how to box for this class, but knowing a thing or two about boxing, makes it all the more exciting! It's an amazing work out with awesome instructor and awesome people around you. Prepare to sweat!
