I recently had the pleasure of working with Granada hills care center for my elderly parent, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism they provided. From the moment we first contacted them, their staff was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our specific needs and tailored a care plan that was perfect for our situation.

The caregivers were punctual, respectful, and genuinely caring. They not only provided excellent medical care but also engaged my parent in meaningful activities, ensuring both physical and emotional well-being. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Communication was always clear and prompt, and they kept us informed every step of the way. It was evident that the staff truly cared about the well-being of their clients, and it gave us peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such good hands.

My husband was a patient at Granada hills care center. We both would recommend it highly to anyone who needs help. The staff is so caring. The place is very clean. We have had no complaints at all.

My review is going to be ongoing, as my mother is still staying there. So far, mama is very happy with the staff, but every time I have been there the dam alarm keeps sounding, can you imagen, the patients at night, this is radicicolous. Thank God mama is def. The people are very nice and take excellent care of Mama. They are very proactive and the place is clean and dosen't smell like a hospital. Mama should be discharged soon, they have done a wonderful job rehabing her. If I was to put her in a place permantely this is where I will try and place her. The best staff ever. They kept me posted every step of her recovery. The building is very old and need a lot of work, thats the only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. The staff and care are the best, 5 stars for the staff and care they have given my mother. Thank You so much for taking care of my mama. God Bless.

I worked at this building for over 15 years as well as others. This building is far superior compared to other buildings. The owners truly care. It's not like other corporate run buildings. The owners are actively engaged in the well being of their employees and the residents.

Our staff care about our residents and their well being. If you are considering a location for care, this place is the best in the valley, if you don't believe me, just look at our five star rating, which we have maintained for the last seven years.

All the doctors are easy to communicate with and they let you text them with any questions and respond quickly. They are always quick to address any questions or concerns.

The administration team is really active and ensures the building is running well. The Director of nursing Laura is a nurse practitioner, which at other buildings is usually a registered nurse. She always knows her residents and is very communicative with the families. The social services goes above and beyond helping the residents both during and after their stay. The administrator quickly addresses any concerns and is very active towards ensuring the building runs smoothly.
