Scott and Mike are the absolute best! They are a local experienced business that have serviced our central AC/heater for many years. It is now the time that we have to get a whole new unit because our very old one finally went out (they have kept it running WAY past it’s time) we got a quote from another company as well and there is no question that we will still be loyal to Scott! Scott even came out no charge to review the other companies quote with me! Who even does that anymore?! They care and even said if we go with the other company they will help with communication to make sure we get what we pay for! I mean, you can’t ask for a better company with the that level of care and customer service and loyalty to their customers! They know my Grandpa by name and always say hi to him and ask how he is doing. I will never ever go with another company and will stay with them for life!! We have been customers for decades. The guys are great to work with, they are honest, reliable, and professional, and will help you with jobs large and small. This time our dishwasher needed to be remounted in its cabinet and the wood fascia piece reinstalled. The dishwasher door seal also needed to be replaced. Scott was able to finally track down the correct seal for our 19-year-old KitchenAid (not as easy as you'd think!) and came by on a Saturday morning to install it. It's always a relief to know that Dial One Schilling is just a phone call away when help is needed!
