By the far the best customer service I have ever received from a firearms dealer. Went in to finalize the sale of my first handgun and fill out the paperwork and it took literally less than 10 minutes. The employees are all some of the best at what they do and they treat every customer with respect. They truly make you feel like family, which I can not say for most gun stores. I had the pleasure of Mike, one of the employees, help me out with all the paperwork and DROS process, and he was very professional. He answered all my questions in a concise and understandable manner. The fact that this is fully Armenian owned and operated was the icing on the cake for me as I myself am Armenian and I wanted to support local Armenian businesses such as this one. They have earned my respect and loyalty as a customer and I foresee myself making future firearm/ammunition/accessory purchases with them. If you are in the market for any firearm, I would highly recommend this gun store for their world class customer service and professionalism.

Awesome staff. Mike was the initial point of contact, and as an recent transplant to CA, he was super friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I had. The owner was also around and it was very evident that everyone who works there is more than willing to make you feel comfortable whether you are a seasoned vet or a first timer wanting to learn about firearms. They are super willing to work with you, customer service is top notch, and on top of that a great selection. Would definitely recommend.

The best customer service out of any gun shop I’ve been to my entire life, and some of the best selection of firearms in SoCal. These guys treat you like family as it should be. I wanted a tikka t3x tac a1 for a while and no one had it or bothered ordering it. When I asked one of the guys here they found me one in and ordered it in 10 minutes! 10 stars
