Particularly,maria. and carmen have always been very courteous and swift in the handling of my claims. They keep me abreast every step of the way, responding to all of my concerns. Assuring me that all the details of my repairs with infinity have been addressed and that if anything else were to arise related to the damage from the accident, it would be handled quickly. The process has gone so smooth, that even my insurance payment was left at the shop for me, I didn't have to wait for anything to arrive via mail.
