i brought in my SS, the other day. Ray found what was screeching and told me what it was, and didn't charge me full price for the work since it only took a few minutes to fix. it was a loose belt and tightened it. i would highly recommend going to see him, he's such an honest and straight forward guy. i'd go back in a heartbeat.

I've been taking my car to J & JM Automotive for the last 2 1/2 years and have received nothing but excellent service from Ray. He really pays attention to detail when he works on my car. Every time I take it in to have it serviced, I always get a great price. I also take my mom's car in to have it serviced. Together, we have had brakes done, struts replaced, seals changed, etc... All projects were completed accurately and in a timely fashion. The estimates I receive before any work is done to my car are accurate. There are no surprise charges after completion.

The quality of service is very consistent. The pricing is also very reasonable. Ray is one of the few reliable and trustworthy mechanics around. This place is definitely a hidden gem - quality service with great pricing. I will continue to take my car here.
