I am an adult who is TERRIFIED of oral surgery. Not so much check ups but the pain from the shots makes my anxiety so through the roof. Everyone I came into contact with here, on two visits and three phone calls, was not only professional but also empathetic and that's something that eased my worries so much that this was the best oral surgery experience I've had. Dr. Finegold was amazing and took effort to explain and make sure everyone was on the same page.

This place is amazing and their staff super duper nice. I was very nervous about getting all 4 wisdom teeth out but thanks to doctor Kuo he made everything go smooth. Let me explain how the process went.
First they give you the option whether you like local or general anesthetic. I choose general anesthetic I’ll explain why. They take you to a room where they monitor your heart rate and then they give medicine to help you relax and stay calm. The medicine goes through your vein and you start to feel weird and funny. Then a few minutes Dr. Kuo explains how the procedure is going to go and what are things you can and cannot do after the surgery.
When they were ready to get started Dr. Kuo started asking me lots of questions without realizing that that same needle that used to insert medication to help me relax he use the actual anesthetic to fully knock me down/ fall asleep. I don’t remember when I slept all I remember is just waking up and telling me that they were done.
I know some people say that local anesthetic is the best option because you won’t feel pain after the procedure. People also think that general anesthetic is going to hurt because when you wake up you’ll start to feel the pain because they didn’t numb your gums but they do. So even if you choose to be fully asleep they’ll still numb your gums either way so you won’t feel pain after you wake up.
So don’t be scared you’ll be fine.

I never write reviews but i did feel the need to write a review for this office! I was reading all the 1 star comments and I thought to myself how?! This office is fast and straightforward, i got my 4 wisdom teeth extracted today and I’m feeling great just after a couple hours after surgery everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend they’re office!
