I tried getting plane tickets on my own, but i wasn't sure what I was doing. I'm glad I came here because he got me tickets for a lot less than if I got them on my own. He explained the whole process to me, made sure I had everything I needed for travel, and responded quick when I encountered an issue with my flight getting canceled by the airline. I will be coming back for my next trip in December.
