(June 4, 2019, 1:23 am)We had a wonderful experience with the Piedmont Company. We bought our first home in Grizzly Flats in July 2016. At the time, there was not Much on the market in our area. We looked at several house and made several offers only to be outbid by “out of area buyers” each time. Bronte actually contacted a local homeowner to see if he would be interested in selling...long story short, he was. We have been here for almost three years now. The piedmont company is very knowledgeable, reputable, and is still very active in the Grizzly Flats community. I appreciate all of the extra efforts that the piedmont company put into our first buying experience. Thanks Bronte!!!!!
