Kaia FIT El Dorado Hills

Kaia Fit El Dorado Hills has been my gym for many years! Female business owned and operated, this place is more than just a gym! It's a community of strong, empowered and connected women who have health, fitness and fun in mind! I've enjoyed taking their early morning classes that they offer (cross-training, TRX, barre) as well as their weekend classes! They have a Power Hour class on Saturdays at 7 AM and a Sandbox Sunday class a few Sundays a month.

The coaches are very knowledgeable, personable and will push you! If you are at an advanced fitness level or just getting started, Kaia Fit EDH is the spot for you!

Kaia Fit EDH is a great gym! The coaches are welcoming and encouraging. The workouts are challenging for all levels. And the very best part of the gym is the community. All the ladies are so supportive and friendly. It is truly more than just a gym.

Joining Kaia Fit EDH is the absolute best decision when looking to join a gym or other fitness program. I joined 6 years ago now and I'll never look back. The owners and coaches are truly one-of-a-kind. Their dedication to providing a state of the art gym, equipment, workouts and nutrition guidance is outstanding. The variety of workouts is guaranteed to make any level athlete stronger over time, and it is great for ALL levels. Kaia Fit EDH is also a strong community of women supporting one another not only in the gym but outside of the gym. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot. You won't regret it!

I recently joined Kaia Fit in El Dorado Hills. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The coaches are so supportive and helpful. I feel like I can always ask questions to make sure my form is right. The other women have been so friendly and welcoming. I feel like I belong here and know this will help me stay consistent with my workouts. Thank you for all you guys do!

Amazing gym!! I started my fitness journey over the summer of 2021. Tried all the different classes during my free trial and was hooked. It’s exactly what I needed in my life. I’m a busy mom and work full time so finding time to focus on my health is very limited. Kaia EDH is a clean and safe facility, offers a variety of times for classes, and is filled with an incredible group of woman who are very supportive. The awesome coaches are fun, energetic, and always inspire you to try your best! You never do the same workout twice and I absolutely love the option to livestream so you can participate on days you can’t make it into the gym! I feel stronger, have more energy, and have gone down a dress size! I’m enjoying all the fun challenges, activities, and friendships made! Highly recommended!!!
