Both the young men who came out were informative and very professional. I loved seeing the trainer be so patient with the trainee.
They were very good at answering all my questions and they were super clean.
They replaced my water heater and got all the components up to code.
I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Nyssa organized our appointment and Tony installed our heater--WHY didn't I call them and do this YEARS before!! They were both so clear, considerate, communicative, and my life has been changed by this new water heater. So easy to schedule, so easy to understand, I felt so taken care of and SO HAPPY with my new water heater!

Our gas water died. After contacting Fast Water Heater, George came to do the estimate. He assessed the space and outlined the pros and cons of an electric hybrid pump hot water heater. It was not expected for him to volunteer to do the work on Saturday.
He and his assistant Jorge did an excellent installation. All is working perfect.

Tony Vave is an asset to this company. He answered all of my questions. Tony had mental map of the layout for new valves and pipes. Installed everything and made it look nice. Then, he cleaned up. I like the way it came together.

Earl is the best, he did excellent job on replacing from old to new water heater, he tested it and checked no gas leak and no water leaks after he installed the water heater, he explained to me in full details how to release water, up to code job he did. Thank you for doing an excellent job and now we have hot water in the house after found out water leaks last night and was done by the next day 1pm.
