For my experience this was fast, gave him my phone they took it and started working on it. I was not in a rush so I didn't need to keep telling them one will be done. The one thing I would say is if they can answer their phone or the messages people leave that will be great other than that the customer service is excellent

I came here to get my phone screen replaced. It was covered by Google Preferred Care so I only paid a $29 deductible. My phone was fixed and I picked it up the next day. They'll do a diagnosis for free and tell you how much a repair costs before starting. Also, they'll make sure your device is fully functional before giving it to you. I recommend going here if you have any issues with a device. It's a very pleasant place to get your phone repaired. They also do same-day repairs and this location is at a strip mall, so you can do some shopping while you wait. It's close to a BART station and there's plenty of parking nearby, so it's very convenient to get to.
