Yin Ji Chang Fen

Yimmy good food. Loved all the food I ordered.

Really good cheung-fun. Smooth and silky texture, with good flavor. Brisket was suuuper tender and full of flavor.
Juk was really tasty. I wish the pidan were bigger chunks.

Pretty good. I can see why there are long lines here all the time. Came here on a week day around 10:55, there was a line already. Luckily we were able to get a seat as soon as they opened. The food was good and it certainly tasted authentic. The porridge was fluffy and the rice was cooked just the right amount of time. You can taste the freshness and no filler in it. The main item of course is their chang fen. They were made to order and tasted as good as you can ask for. They were soft and slightly chewy. The ingredients were fresh and not too salty. I really enjoyed my visit.

Taste like home! Soy sauce and the texture of the Chang fen is so much better than any other place I've tried in the U.S.
