Dan is genuinely one of nicest guys I have ever met, and he is extremely talented. He really has such a great eye, and made my vision come to life exactly how I had pictured it. I wanted a a classic cluster ring made from some loose inherited diamonds, and he did it beautifully. He also did a new diamond band - which is beautiful and such a classic piece. A couple weeks later I noticed the diamond in my grandmothers old naval ring needed securing - and he did it with such care and it came out perfectly. I cannot recommend him enough!

I came here for my engagement ring for my wife. This place have some of the best diamonds, if you can afford it. Wei was my salesperson and she has some of the best customer service I've ever seen.

Dan and Alex are good people! Dan's work is excellent as he has been mastering his craft for 25+ years. He took in my engagement ring when a tiny gemstone fell out and quickly diagnosed what needed improvement. He expertly replaced the prongs, tightened the gemstones, refinished and work his magic. A couple days later, I get my ring back and it looks even better than before! I'm very happy with my experience and am so thrilled to have found Given Gold.
