I was dreading trying to up-sold on unnecessary upgrades and/or services but Jack isn't like that at all. He's forthright and honest and has the coolest collection of Americana (signs and various other memorabilia) I've ever seen in a private collection. Jack and Mickie made what could have been a sad, contentious transaction, an easy, friendly and dignified exchange.

Jack and Mickey are both the sweetest, kind people who genuinely care. They make sure they are very detailed in step of the way. They communicate constantly. If you want to feel like your loved one is in good hands these are the people to do it. They have now taken care of 2 of my family members, and I recommend them to close friends and also had a positive experience in the worst of situations. Absolutely come see Jack & Mickie. My sister Cathy passed away so I called Jack! What an easy process he made it for my whole family. As a mortician & have worked in the industry for 27 years, I would not even think of going to another funeral home, plus Jack is a good friend and the best when it comes to handling funeral arrangements of any type!!
