Hector is an artist himself in his work and craftsmanship! He helps with the design process and has helped steer me in the right direction when I'm not sure what i want and has made the frames enhance the art itself. He has done wonderful work on anything from simple local art pieces to my collection of Dali's. My number one choice in the Bay Area for framing, best work and very fair pricing.

I was looking to have a 3 page newspaper article framed, but I knew it was going to be pricey for that size. I came to 3rd Mellennium and they were amazing. They discussed everything in detail, went over the measurements, recommended making things smaller by 1/4in. They KNOW what they’re doing. It’s a family business. They sent me a photo of the frame and matting over the weekend and got it done sooner than estimated. HIGHLY recommend if you need any matting or framing.
