He taught me a lot about karate and the sport of learning to control my inner peace. Coach Mo will always help his students thrive and achieve their goals whether it is to lose weight or compete in competitions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn self-defense or learn the art of karate.

A path to righteousness in being a well human being and a vicious fighter. Coach Mo made me realize that control of power, skill and most importantly the situation. Best self defense class I’ve ever taken! Highly recommended!!!!
