Pinebrook Apartments

We just moved in recently and were really impressed with Zaid and the team's helpfulness and patience throughout the process. They gave us all the info we needed and made the application process really easy, and helped us find our new home quickly. Super responsive team and are always eager to help. The area is really clean and quiet too. We really appreciate it, and are very excited to live here!

My husband and I resided at Pinebrook for three years and absolutely loved it. The community itself is clean, modern, and quiet! Our unit itself (1 bedroom, 1 bath) was perfectly suited for us as a couple and I'm totally going to miss the beautiful open-concept kitchen we had Pinebrook! I especially enjoyed interacting with Claudia and Zaid - two of the best property managers ever! They consistently exhibited professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring our living experience was comfortable and hassle-free within Pinebrook. One time, I even called the office to help me kill a bug as I was home alone and terrified, and Claudia promptly came and took care of it like a champ! They really go above and beyond for their tenants and their kindness was always appreciated!

Just want to start off with how amazing Zaid and the team has been since day one. He was straightforward and honest about everything and I felt so welcomed. He followed up immediately with any inquiries I had. He’s truly been so helpful and quick with his responses. The amenities in the apartment are just fine and fall in line with the rent price. We absolutely love the summer time Saturday cotton candy and ice cream social! When we moved into the apartment it was so nicely cleaned and the 1 issue we had with a door gap was quickly fixed! Me and my wife and 2 kids love it here. Everyone in the complex is nice and there’s never an issue with loudness from neighbors! 10/10!! Definitely would recommend!

Moved into Pinebrook recently, and overall I've had a very positive experience. We worked with Zaid, and he was quick and super cool about guiding us through the process, from viewing to application to lease signing to move-in.

Apartment wise - the 2b/1ba is well appointed, and we have a nice big balcony overlooking the pool.

Community wise - the neighbors are very relaxed and the place is quiet.

The neighborhood is mellow as well. I like having access to outdoor trails for running, and less than a mile away is a creek that connects to Coyote Hills to the west and along Quarry Lake.

I lived in Pinebrook Apartments for 18 months and it was one of the best places I stayed at ! I love the area, it is super quiet, peaceful and safe. The complex is as well. Most people living there are either professionals or small size families. No one bothers anyone, you hardly see your neighbors ever. My apartment was so beautiful and clean. All my appliances were fairly new. I hardly required maintenance done. My apartment was in the heart of the complex, so I never had to deal with street noise, if any, or hot summer days. You have an assigned parking spot and ample street parking. Plenty of shopping stores within walking distance (cvs, Starbucks, lucky, gas stations, fast food, etc..) Never heard of crimes happening in the area (e.g. car break-ins, etc..) The management is amazing, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Claudia (manager) is easy going and very understanding. Zaid is extremely experienced, kind and supportive as well. I truly enjoyed living at Pinebrook apartments and would definitely recommend it.
