I had terrible scheduling experience on there one number support line. I wrote bad review and local office contacted me right away to fix situation.
If you want to have a good service go physically to the place. Reception does the best to help you. Technicians and nurses are also incredible.
And they have the best laser. It almost doesn't hurt! And I'm such a baby when it comes to the pain.
This is my to go place and I already sent one coworker to this location.

I've been to 3 different locations. The receptionist is always friendly and very quick to make sure she's assisting everyone. The doctors, for the most part, are extremely helpful with understanding the procedure and helping me along the way. Parking is definitely a struggle but in SF and SJ that's pretty normal.
