My wife and I are a dual military couple traveling from Washington State to El Paso. After five days of traveling, something happened with my transmission and fluid and white smoke started coming out of my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. Due to issues with the tow company, Pierce Automotive was very accommodating and stayed open to receive my vehicle. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired the next day. This repair was essential since the Trailblazer is towing a vehicle transporter and my wife’s vehicle doesn’t have a hitch. They were very professional and kept us informed throughout the diagnostic and repair process, something other repair shops fail to do. The cost to repair my vehicle was beyond reasonable. I wish I could take them with me to El Paso!!!! Thanks again for the amazing service guys! My wife and I greatly appreciate it.

They took my son's 2005 Honda Civic that was on its last legs and repaired it to make it like brand new. He drove the car from Tucson Arizona to the Bay area California and back without a problem.Definitely exceeded my expectations at a fair price.
