I have worked with Tamara Payaras in the behavioral health center of this clinic for over 2 years. She is incredible! Her empathy, kindness, and willingness to gently challenge honestly changed my life. I owe her so much gratitude that I can not repay for her perseverance and professional support. She became an integral part of my healing, dealing with grief and empowering me to be the boss lady I always dreamed I could be. My life is so vastly different from when I first met her because of her consistent help. I recommend Tamara to anyone considering help with mental health, overcoming life's obstacles, self-worth, disassociation/ptsd, depression/anxiety, all of which she helped me with! I feel like a new woman, and it was the best decision of my life to work with the team there.
