(March 16, 2018, 5:17 pm)We opened a bank account here four years ago as we are Canadians that use BMO back home. We opened the USA account so we would have ease to transfer funds from our Canada account to the USA account. Staff at the bank were very helpful and friendly. After one year of not using the account, it went inactive. I returned to the branch and they were quickly able to resolve the problems were had and re issue us new debit cards.
We were very impressed with the customer service
