Sebastian helped me on a recent trip to this store. He was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and extremely helpful overall. He patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through the whole process. Definitely go and see Sebastian if you visit this store!

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to say that the Customer Service at this Weston, FL location was EXCEPTIONAL !

I was fortunate to have worked with a very nice young man by the name of "Diego." He was patient, professional, and quite knowledgeable.

My phone had died over the weekend, and T-Mobile's Customer Care # sent me a new phone to the store in just 2 days (thankfully my warranty was still active).

When I picked up the phone it was close to closing time. I explained to Diego that I was "technically challenged" and would need help setting up the new device. He told me not to worry, and made sure that everything was in order before I left the store. I am so very grateful for his kindness !
I hope his Manager reads this review and gives Diego a well-deserved bonus ! This is what EXCELLENT customer service looks like.

Excellent service provided by Alejandra! , we called the store prior to coming and she was very helpful from the moment she spoke to us over the phone. At the store she was able to explain all features on the phones we requested, until we finally settled on the best option for us.

I came from another carrier, everyone was more than helpful with all the information I was given. I’m so happy with the service this staff provided! Very friendly staff and well informed, i will definitely be returning to this location.
