  This place is so fast and so friendly! I called that morning for an appointment. I got one for 12 noon. I got there at 12:15 and was literally done by like 12:35. that was record time in my experiences with all the pep boys I’ve been to getting my Lyft car serviced over the last year. Thanks guys! Great job!!

  My tire had "0" pounds of pressure when I pulled up. The guys at Rio Salado and Mcclintock were so very helpful. They have me options, didn't charge me anything and got me back on the road. I would have bought my tire from them but they were out. Going to use this location the next time I have to buy tires. They were just so friendly and helpful. Very nice to get this kind of service on this day and age.....

  Cole, Alex, and the lead mechanic (whose name I cannot remember) are courteous, efficient, hardworking, and straightforward. They explain exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, do the required work and don't lie. Why would they? They will tell you what's wrong and fix it. It's as simple and as important as that. I had to bring in my terrible Chevy Sonic multiple times (don't buy them they are poorly made these days) and they went to work fixing my coolant tank, thermostat and in the end, water pump. Again, don't buy these cars...reported Coolant System issues which I have learned about through this process.
  
  I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience COULD have been, but it wasn't because they care(d).. They followed up with me and made sure I wasn't stranded out on the side of the road after repairs.
  
  Being in the heat, fixing cars all day is no easy task. Thank you guys for keeping your cool, and thus me keeping mine.
