Great place for an extended stay in Tempe! Location is perfect and rooms and staff are great!

Hotel had a water issue....felt bad for them. EVERYONE is so nice and pleasant,.
Two bdrm suites are old and dated but clean. Perfect location.

You can't beat the location! Right across the street from Sun Devil Stadium and just off Mill Ave where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is decent with a nice pool/jacuzzi on the 11th floor. We visitednat the end of March and it wasn't too busy. Parking is $15 per day with plenty of spots.

Had a stay planned for two nights but our flight got canceled and we had to stay another night. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. We had to chat via the app for a couple of things and they were very quick to get back with us. The rooftop is awesome

Rooms are good. Spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Just a simple issue: the key cards are magnetic in nature. Therefore, if we keep them anywhere near phone they stop working. We need to go down and get it fixed. They should really get this fixed.
