American Pankration Fighting MMA

I tried one class here. I really don't consider myself an aggressive type, so I was a little iffy about it. I wasn't too excited for the part where we put on the boxing gloves, but I liked the conditioning part of the class. We jogged laps around the room, did core work, and we also did some situps by hanging on to the punching bags with our legs.
The teacher was very nice and patient in explaining things. The other students were great too. The ones who were more seasoned were more than happy to lend a helping hand to the newbies as well as help to break down the concepts.m

Jeff Funicello is a great guy. He’s very knowledgeable about his art and is very patient and willing to help. I came here to find a place to train wrestling, and needless to say I stumbled upon a hidden gem, and a hidden gym.

Coaches here are of exceptional caliber and come from a variety of grappling and striking backgrounds. Leave your ego at the door and you will grow to a new level with American Pankration.

My son (8) does wrestling there, they have great instructors, and have kids wrestling Mon., Tues. And Thurs.
