Last Tuesday my washer died & I needed a new one asap. Their website said they had the model I wanted in stock. Since I was having a crazy week, I called instead of going in. I told them I understood that supply chain issues are causing delays but that I needed it now and asked them to verify that the washer (and dryer) were indeed in stock and ready to be delivered. They verified with their warehouse so I went to the store to purchase the set. While there, they called and verified again that the set was indeed at the warehouse and set up delivery for that Thursday. There was a small snafu with communication on the delivery time, but they returned my call quickly, explained the problem (which they had just fixed), apologized and got the set out to me and set up. Overall, a very good experience. They listened to my needs, were friendly, helpful and I will to them again for more appliances.

My LG refrigerator compressor died. I went to associated appliance on a recommendation. Glad I did. The first thing they told me, they don't sell LG or Samsung because of their problems. The are very knowledgeable. They helped my wife and I to find a make and model that would meet our needs. Unfortunately due to the micro chip supply problems most of the smart appliances are on back order. Ours was going to be a 30 day wait. Al, the owner, said he would deliver us a loner and pick up our old one. What kind of a business does things like this anymore. I never got treated like this at Home Depot or Best Buy. You should go here. Great people. They go way beyond what you would expect. Al ended up finding the Cafe Quad Door refrigerator at a warehouse in California and I got delivery the very next day. And the delivery people are very efficient and professional.
Also as a side note. They have a note on there door that says Mask Required. I have a medical condition and can't wear one and they never said one word to me.

Many appliances to choose from. The staff was very helpful. Definitely a good place to go if you want a used appliance.

Very helpful, very nice and cooperative people. Great merchandise, visible. You can actually see, touch and look at it!
