Integrity Rx Specialty Pharmacy

I’ve gotten two deliveries from them and everything was so well organized, labeled, and easy to understand. They were great with me on the phone confirming everything.

It is inevitable that mistakes happen in the course of business, as no one is perfect. But how a business handles its mistakes is what is most important! A supervisor from the pharmacy had someone call me right away to take care of my refill and prescription quote. Thank you, Integrity Specialty Pharmacy, for such a quick response! Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated!

Initial Review:
Every single time I call this pharmacy, I am on hold for at least 45 minutes. During the hold time, the caller is asked by a recorded voice whether or not the caller would like to leave a message, have a coordinator call back, or continue holding. I always continue holding. But on a couple of occasions, I continued holding as usual but was shocked when the hold music stopped. The recorded voice then asked me to leave a message even though I did not select that option. I waited expecting to be returned to the hold line. Rather than return the call to the hold line, my call was ended This was so frustrating because after already having been on hold for an hour, my call was dropped!!! This is bad business!!!!!
