I went in to get a tire tube replaced, they got me set up with a thorn resistant tube and some slime. Had it done in 5 or so minutes and I was out the door.

I stopped by looking for an entry level bike for myself and though they didn't have what I wanted Jacob went out of his way to point me in the right direction. He answered ALL of my questions and gave me some great advice! I actually felt bad that I didn't purchase anything! Customer service at its BEST!!!

The team is humble enough to ask if something is to your satisfaction, or admit if they wouldn’t feel comfortable doing something. Worth stating because there are some shops who could learn from teams like Shadetree.
