O'Reilly Auto Parts

Okay so I bought new headlights and in December 2020. And I had one go out a couple months later and I took it back there and they exchanged it. So the other day the other one went out so they have a one year warranty.So, I went back and got the other one placed, but this time I chose to get the LEDs. I had the receipt and it was very easy and the guy was very helpful on both occasions it was the same guy George. So most of my reviews all negative about problems and everything that have but I've had only good things to say about O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable about parks in Excedrin the Lady Sue that works there in over the top

Had a bad battery it was under warranty my husband was out of town and Francisco was glad to help replace the battery for me so I was not stuck in this Arizona heat thank God for o'reilly

Fernando was very helpful and full of knowledge about my vehicle.. Very good customer service.

Waited and waited to buy something. I get I t sometimes I need to pick the knowledgeable staff at one of there stores. Just have someone to check out when you don't. Great store
