WesCap properties are wonderful. I first came in contact with them in Prescott. My mom was one of their first residents...She lived on the family side of the property. She had a 3 bedroom 2 bath handicap apartment... Beautiful cherry wood cabinets and could walk out the front door and take her daily walks.... When I moved back down to the valley, I started looking for an apartment I could afford and felt safe. I looked up WesCap properties and found the perfect apartment. I put my name on the list and had to wait a year to get in. It was well worth the wait. We have many amenities, beautiful views, great neighbors and a safe environment...A special shout out for our manager Marlin .... She is great. She always has a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcome.... She has a hard job but she does it with poise... She has put together a great team and they all should be praised for their great work......
