Dr. O and Paul are absolutely AMAZING!!! I love them so much! Dr. O should be nominated for top doc in Phoenix mag! He is so sincere, listens, and explains everything to you! He’s even proactive like oh okay you have this ok we gotta get Xyz done too. Like he just is so proactive and is so intelligent!!!!! His PA is also another amazing physician who listens but man he breaks things down for you! So smart!!!!The front office however, NO TACT. Nor follow up on referrals.

Dr. O is awesome! I read some disappointing reviews and want to offer my experience.
He takes his time with me and listens. He problem solved. He has wonderful bedside manner. I don’t care that the office is old and basic. I’ve never had a problem with the staff. Sometimes there’s very little wait to see him and sometimes there is a longer wait. I just plan ahead because he’s worth the wait! If you want a great doc, go see him. But if you’re persnickety and judgmental about his decor and wait times, maybe you should decide what is more important to you :)

I have been coming to Dr O (as his long time patients refer to him) for about 10 years and I couldn't ask for a better doctor! He is knowledgeable, kind, and always makes sure his patients are satisfied and have all questions answered before leaving. Ishmael the technician/intake nurse is also very professional and personable! He makes it more comfortable to come to a Dr's office!
The building is a little dated and wait times can be (not always though) longer but I would prefer waiting a little longer to see a good Dr that I'm comfortable with, than being rushed in on time to a Dr who doesn't care to spend as much time as is needed to assist his patients with their concerns! If you come in be prepared for an average of a 45 to 90 minute time from entry to exit. The office does offer free WiFi connection and it is cool.
