Sienna at South Mountain

I had such a wonderful time touring with my family at TerraLane at South Mountain. My family just moved down to Phoenix to be closer to me. I tagged along to tour communities and this was the best one we came across. Ramon’s smile lit up the office and Diana’s personality, and ability to make us laugh made the absolute best customer service anyone could EVER ask for. The way they welcomed us in made me want to consider moving on my own here! It was nice and clean. Not to mention the pool is 24 hours and heated in the winter!!! It doesn’t get any better than TerraLane at South Mountain.

Taking customer experience from beginning to end is how I describe Diana and Ramon! Talking with neighbors about how amazing our experience has been with them, led me to take time to go say thank you in person. I mean, anytime I call they answer and if they are busy, better believe they calling right back. They both were welcoming, loving, and helpful day one, especially with my little one. I've never been so excited to move to a community. So I thank you all again, I'm so glad to have found a place my son and I can call home.

The staff was more helpful than I could imagine. Very happy with my new apartment!!
