Emily is so friendly and attentive! She made sure my daughter got the right size in different brand shoes and made sure she got the right socks. And Emily stood by the whole time. She's an amazing employee which is hard to find these days. Thank you Emily!!!

I came in for some all black chuck Taylor's and unfortunately they weren't in the store but Isaiah had it all solved for me. He got it ordered for me and it arrived way earlier. Isaiah was great. Thank you so much

I rarely write reviews but I felt I must point out the OUTSTANDING customer service I received at this store. The manager and one of the girls who worked there (I wish I could remember their names) took such good care of me. After ordering online and receiving one of the shoes in a different size from one of the other local Journeys (I'm talking bout you, Tempe), they took extra care to make things right. The manager here made sure to visit that store personally on Monday to make sure I got the correct size, then shipped it out Tuesday, and I finally received it on Wednesday. I'll definitely be back to this store for any of my shoe needs. Thank you all so much!
