Paul helped me arrange financing after purchasing a home. The Lender he recommended was great. He returned phone calls promptly and answered text messages and email. I had a very aggressive timeline and needed to close escrow in the shortest amount of time. After all that was done, it was my bank releasing the electronic funds that delayed the target closing.

Paul is so great at what he does; not only did he help me score a great deal on buying my first house in a fierce market, he also helped me later on when I chose him to help sell it! Wonderful guy, very knowledgeable and absolutely not a pushy realtor. I would recommend him to anyone.
