Good night’s sleep

Needed some information on the smart family app and phone upgrades. Both Nicholas and Bernard were pleasant and were able to answer every one of my questions with answers that I could understand. They both went over and above to help me. I have to say this was probably the best customer service in a long while!! I would highly recommend this store.

Our representative was Aaron and he was phenomenal !! I cannot thank him enough for all his help. I was upgrading three phones and I got an IPad and he set everything up for us. Again, he was simply AMAZING !!!

Well it was a long and grueling process in order to switch carriers, but not on behalf of Verizon, this store or associate Chris. Everybody was great at the store. Chris walked me through every promotion that would benefit me and delivered a product that actually works! I believe I will be lifetime committed to Victra because of their level of customer service support. Thanks Chris and all that serve our community from this store location.

Despite their being busy, I was acknowledged by two representatives who were assisting other customers yet they assured me they would get to me as soon as they could. Short wait time and then my phone settings were fixed (two problems) in less than 1 minute. Very nice guys working here.

I went to a few bed stores before finding Good Nights Sleep! I'm really glad I found them. I was able to find the perfect mattress and box spring for a great price. The person who helped me was really kind, helpful and was very knowledgeable. When it's time to buy my son a new bed I will definitely be going back here!
