Valencia Townhomes

For the past 3 years I must say we have lived very comfortable, and feels like you live in an actual home. Property manager Sebastian is great and takes care of us as tenants.

Great Community to work with! Management is always doing everything possible to assist the needs of their residents and make the property a pleasant place to live in.

All ways clean great pet area and friendly staff! Peaceful place 🙏

Valencia Townhomes are beautiful! I do not live here because we ultimately got a house, but that is the only reason we did not choose this property. My main reason for writing this review was because of a staff member named Lydia. Lydia is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She went out of her way to do a virtual tour of two different floor plans for us, on her phone, because we were in Texas and unable to see it in person. She was genuine, kind, patient, and she went above and beyond her duties. I hope Valencia knows that they have a gem on their hands. She deserves recognition, a raise, a promotion, a bonus, or something because they don't make property management/leasing agents like her anymore. Great job Lydia, you rock! Keep your same energy because it WILL pay off.
