In response to the complaint by Ms Simm, there was no effort made to contact me to resolve the apparent complication to the surgery. We attempted to conact Ms Simm after reading her review to no avail. We do everthing within our power to help our patients, alleviate their pain, and solve the problems that are presented to us. If there was a problem, I would have done everything possible to rectify this. Unfortunately we did not get the opportunity to help this patient.
