Once a person gets through to speak to a customer service representative, I have always been well satisfied with the level of service received. I usually have to wait quite a long time being placed on hold waiting to speak with a representative. That is the reason for not providing a five star review; phone system challenges. During my last interaction, the customer service representative was very helpful, provided concise information, answered all my questions, and resolved the issue in question. Great job!
