SNB Motors

This is very odd for me to post a review; but I’m so impressed with this dealer I can’t keep it quiet. First let me say that I had spent 3 weeks going to at least 12 different dealers looking for a VW GTI standard for my 15 1/2 year old. He hand picked it with a lot of research. The first 12 dealers had sales guys all over us within seconds and pushed the value of the vehicle (quite a bit more than SNB Motors for the same car). We gave up and looked in AutoTrader which brought us to SNB. Nick met us and gave me the key to test drive - he said “you’ll love it!”. I in fact, did. Not only that, I was immediately comfortable in their office. His dad told me all the work they had done, his mother wrote up the contract and I bought it. The decision was pretty immediate. Amazing people and very caring. The price was more than fair. A month later, the engine light went on and I called for a recommendation. Nick said “bring it in!”. They replaced a couple of things AT NO CHARGE! I cannot recommend this place more. I have to buy my Mother in Law a car soon and it will be from SNB —— from here on —- ALL my future cars will be from them. You will NOT be disappointed.

I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse from these guys and they’ve gone above and beyond for me! They took time to find a finance company that would work with me and They’re doing the timing chain (which is one of the main things that go wrong and destroy these cars) and I noticed the transmission fluid was a little old looking and they offered to flush it for me! They also offered to check out the motor mounts for me since it’s a older car. These guys are amazing and super friendly

I bought a 2010 Kia Rio from them in January 2020, I think it was the cheapest option available with them at that time. My overall experience with them was good. They are a family business and they not pushy and will not try to sell you unnecessary coverage like some dealers do. They are straightforward with cost of car with no hidden charges as shown on their website and very helpful too. They helped me find a credit union to get a loan as I am an international student and no bank or credit union wanted to give loan for a 10 year old car to an international student. There was some problem with air conditioning that I realized in the beginning of summer, they changed the compressor for me without any labor charges. I would recommend you to buy a used car from this place.
