The manager Candy is awesome. She's very respectful, professional and really engaged when it comes to keeping the complex at a certain standard. I'd give 6 stars if they allowed it.

Candy is an awesome manager, she is respectful to everyone and she cares very much about her job. She goes thru great lengths to be helpful. Bobby (maintenance) is very friendly and helpful

This place is great they are really good about helping everyone They go out of there way to help you when you need them the most. Getting everything fixed up Great. I truly love it here them make you feel like home

Moved from Florida with my job and went looking for apartment last week. Visited three apartment complexes in Mesa and Chandler area and hands down Parkside Apartments are the best'. The location is great the grounds and apartment I saw was amazing. The manager Melanie Bell was so professional and knowledgeable compared to the other individuals I worked with. I am in need of a studio as I am a retired General in the Army and my new job has me traveling much of the time. Melanie is actually trying to find a studio within her company so that I can have that convenience. More apartments should have managers like her, the company should be really elated they have her.
