I have been working with Xavier for close to a year now and i cannot recommend him enough. The changes i have made while working with X have not only been "skin deep". I see a difference in every aspect of my life. I have lost inches, lb's, and gained strength, confidence, improved mood and so much more. Having lost my oldest son in 2013 I decided to make a change in my life to get healthy, fit and smoke free. Through the mind/body training with Xavier I have made those goals a reality.
