(February 29, 2020, 10:42 pm)Love this gym! I’ve been coming here for several years even though I have a full garage gym. The coaches are great, the members are friendly and encouraging and all around good people...Just a really good atmosphere. Best investment I’ve made in myself!
(December 1, 2019, 1:34 pm)Great CrossFit Gym on the East Side. Tons of great class times, coaches very willing to teach, athletes willing to encourage. Been coming since they opened and the only thing that changes is the addition of wonderful members.
Open Gym, Olympic Lifting, Team Saturday and Yoga. What more do you really need.
