I have been a customer of Darin Nielsen for a few years now. I am definitely beyond satisfied with the quality service I receive every time I need to talk to Darin or Cindy. I usually email them because I am very hard to get in touch with during the workday. It doesn’t phase them at all they respond to questions or concerns almost immediately depending on the time of day I send the email. They go above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs. Every now and then I need to pay my premium a day late because of how my paydays fall. Darin and Cindy are always there for the best customer service I have seen compared to any of the insurance companies I have ever dealt with.
