Saguaro Lake Ranch Stables

My wife and I took the middle (16y/o) and youngest (11 y/o) kids here for the youngest’s birthday adventure. We had a great experience, and got an unplanned tour detour thanks to some pedestrians on the trail. Our guides were fantastic, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience one we won’t forget. Big thanks to all the staff and horses for a great time. PS: If you get Bob the horse, he’s the best :).

I went riding with my sister and dad and it was a great experience! The views are beautiful and the tour guide gives lots of information on the area. They are also very helpful and aware of your riding skills. The horses are well trained and follow the path, only stopping for a quick tree snack! I would definitely come back and ride again, highly recommend.

I got to ride Scout, and he was a GOOD BOY!!! He was very calm and well behaved, and barely tried to graze. I had to redirect him once or twice, and that was it. I've only been on a horse 2 times prior. Even though I wasn't super nervous riding, he still made me feel comfortable and I could easily trust him.
Jessica was our guide. She was very knowledgeable, although it was hard to hear sometimes from the back of the line.
The sunset view was absolutely GORGEOUS! I would 100% go again!

My husband, 4 kids and I went horseback riding at Saguaro Lake Ranch Stables recently (March 2021) and had the BEST time! Our guide, Lottie, was absolutely awesome and made our experience so much fun! The scenery, horses (soo amazing and perfectly paired to our family!), and Lottie all made this one of our favorite family experiences ever. We were also very thankful at the safety protocols in place and felt very comfortable visiting during the pandemic. We will DEFINITELY return and highly recommend Saguaro Lake Ranch Stables!

Very nice ride. Nice employees. Clean horses and stable. Beautiful scenery on trail. Downside, we didn't go anywhere near Saguaro Lake. And I wish we could have stopped to take pictures of the scenery.
