The staff and doctors here are AMAZING. I have totally changed my life with there wisdom and direction. They treat the cause and not symptoms of what is or will soon be your issue. I find most issues I had were my poor diet choices that were causing issues I had no idea were related. One I took the leap for my wife, my kids, my family and my health I improved drastically and in ways I didn't expect. High blood pressure GONE. High blood sugar GONE. Low energy GONE. Vitality and love of life back with a vigor not felt in years. All with some food changes. Thanks for not pointing me to meds and surgeries. You are true professionals keep it up. I recommend everyone!
Anthony the nutritionist is extremely professional and efficient at his job. He listened to my needs and concerns and put together a personalized plan that is currently working great at alleviating my numerous dietary issues. I would recommend Anothony to anyone that needs assistance with their diet. He follows up with me on a regular basis and makes the proper suggestions and adjustments as necessary. An incredible group of people work in this office. My brother (firefighter) referred me to Megan as a source for a second opinion for my daughter. I was so impressed with her I switched our entire family to this practice. My youngest (11) recently saw Terrain for her yearly checkup. He was so easy going and approachable, she talked the whole time throughout her appointment with him.
They have provided the most thorough care for all of us. I love the fact they try to find the root cause of issues and get ahead of others. They take a more holistic approach with diet and education, instead of just prescribing a medication and moving on.
From the ladies at the front desk to everyone in the back, they are second to none. We love Heart Fit for Duty!
