Robert has been a very responsive w all our inquiries. But I was especially impressed w Robert last week during our heat wave. It was 118• out and our AC decided to go out!!! I textd him about it and had someone come out that same day within a few hours and got fixed! Been a tenant for 3yrs now and everything has been smooth, no issues here.

Why did I not use Showtime Realty so many years earlier I tell myself. I used to manage my own rental and deal with all the "joys" that come with a rental property. The folks at Showtime Realty are top-notch and extremely competent and passionate about what they do. They keep me well informed without over-burdening me with every little detail and issue that may arise. They have a wealth of knowledge and great network to help deal with issues that are bound to arise when owning any type of real-estate. The team has a good pulse on the industry and trends of the market and help adjust and guide property owners as well as the tenants that are occupying the homes. I highly recommend Robert and his team to other property owners and I wish I had started using Showtime so many years earlier.
