Stopped in on Sept 6, 2020. My Customer Service Rep was Jacob and he was fantastic and a huge help for me. Until I'm shown otherwise, this will be my go-to oil change and Auto Service shop.

I can be very picky about where I take me cars to get work done. I have to trust that the place I go will be honest, now a days that hard to find. I have to trust that the place I go will do quality work, also a rare find. And last, I am trusting the place I go with my family. I want to know that my family is safe and the car they are driving is working and reliable and if there is an issue, to know I can get it fixed and back to good order is a big deal to me. This is why I will drive 30min, to come to this Pep Boys. I trust them with all of the above.
