The Arizona Relationship Institute

Lynell has been our family therapist for the past few years. She is wonderful! We love her and are so thankful for all she has done to support our growth.

I have seen two different therapist at this facility. I feel like both therapist have allowed me to work on many different things. Sharla was really good at making any difficult situations simplified, which helped calm my nerves a lot. I’m now seeing Hillary who is very consistent and cares deeply for her patients. She has offered me so much good advice to slowly rewire my brain from anxious to more confident.

The counseling I’ve gotten here has helped me move past an unhealthy relationship, and they tried their best to help both of us even when my partner refused to admit any issues or acknowledge their own problems. Eventually moved to one-on-one where they helped me build up my confidence and self worth to the point I was amble to make the change and focus on myself.

The therapists there really do care, and checked up on me during the most difficult times to make sure things were still safe. The office staff are a little disorganized and sometimes there are scheduling problems but nothing terribly major.

Seeing Lynell was the best decision I have made for myself in a very long time. I have had a very positive experience with all staff I met. I would send all my loved ones to Lynell for her patience, communication, perspective, empathy and the positive impact she makes.
