On the Mend Physical Therapy

Very professional. Being in law enforcement I was observant and noticed how they made sure everyone was doing stretching and exercises correctly. I have been to other physical therapy offices where they don’t pay attention. Just say ‘do next one.’ Then they would continue with watching college football playoffs on tv. Then a week later they would tell me I was doing it wrong. I know there is a right and wrong way to do physical therapy. Probably what caused me to have to have shoulder surgery. That experience gave me a bad attitude about physical therapy. On the Mend physical therapy after a couple weeks changed that bad attitude in me. If I ever have to do physical therapy again they will be my number 1 choice.

This is my second time at On the Mend. I went there for therapy in 2019 and really liked this clinic. The therapists are very professional but friendly and easy to talk to. I had excellent results the first time around and expect to have the same results this time. I find the therapists are dedicated individuals who really care about your outcome.
